I had an outpatient procedure performed on Wednesday, November 24th, andit has been one of the best experiences that I have been through!

The ENTIRE staff-at Pittman Plastic Surgerytreated me as if I were their ONLY patient. Michele, my Patient Consultant, answered numerous email questions bordering on stupid at some points, with such patience and kindness. Lucie, my nurse, was very informative and was so gracious in assisting me. The surgical staff held my hand and took away all of my anxieties. April, was prompt and yet compassionate. I have terrible veins that most have to poke several times when starting an IV, not April, she did it once and she was done! I didn’t even feel it. Dan has to be my hero. Once he administered my “cocktail” I don’t remember a thing! I was not sick afterwards – nothing. Then along came Natalie, who had the daunting task of dressing a drunken patient three times her size. It was not a problem for her, truly exceptional. Not overlooking Dr. Pittman, who in my opinion is the greatest! I had a pre op email question for Michele that Dr. Pittman took the time to personally call me to discuss! He even took the time to call me the afternoon of the surgery. I don’t know of any other doctors who give their patients such personal service.

I work in a service industry and I know first hand how difficult working with the public can be. Please relay my deepest gratitude to each and every one of your employees who made me feel like I was the only patient that they had. I am glad that I chose to [mally have the procedure done and I am even more proud of the fact that I had a choice and I chose Pittman Plastic Surgery!
